JOSKOS Graduate Associate Programme (G.A.P.)

The Joskos Graduate Associate Programme is designed to give graduates a practical, fast-track path into a real IT Job. If you qualify for this programme, you will become eligible for a job-placement guarantee.

How does it work?

The Joskos Graduate Associate Programme (GAP) is made up of 3 distinct steps:

Advanced Options Assessment by a Joskos consultant

You will initially be required to attend an evaluation workshop with one of Joskos’ qualified career consultants, so they can assess your current level of knowledge and competency. By doing this we will then be able to gauge your suitability for the Joskos graduate programme.

Advanced Options Get certified as an Official Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)
  • MCITP: Server Administrator – Online Study
  • Attend the GAP programme (Professional Development programme)
  • CV Preparation Lab
  • Interview Skills Lab
  • Practical sessions for working in an IT environment (classroom-based)
Advanced Options GAP competency check

This stage consists of:

  • An internal Joskos test to evaluate your readiness for the job market
  • A work-experience placement aimed at giving you real, hands-on experience in a working environment
  • You will then be passed on to our recruitment team who are responsible for putting your forward for available IT roles.
