Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) validates knowledge and skills required to install, configure and troubleshoot converged local and wide area networks with 100 to 500 or more nodes.
With a CCNP certification, a network professional demonstrates the knowledge and skills required to manage the routers and switches that form the network core, as well as edge applications that integrate voice, wireless, and security into the network.
The CCNP curriculum includes building scalable Cisco networks, Cisco multilayer switched networks, securing converged wide area networks, and optimizing converged networks. With the Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Package, you will learn:

In this course, you will configure EIGRP with advanced features, analyse OSPF packet types and routing, implement BGP and multicasting to optimise router performance, and perform IS-IS routing operations to improve router scalability. You will also define IPv6 to improve address space on the Internet. |
In this course, learners will learn how to create an efficient and expandable enterprise network by installing, configuring and monitoring and troubleshooting network infrastructure equipment according to the Campus Infrastructure module in the Enterprise Composite Network Model. |
In this course, you will describe the remote connectivity requirements for secured access and explain the alignment of these requirements with Cisco network architectures. You will implement teleworker broadband connectivity and frame-mode MPLS. You will also describe and configure Cisco device hardening, IOS firewall features, and a site-to-site IPSec VPN. |
You will optimise and use the Cisco Intelligent Information Network (IIN) model and the Cisco Service-Oriented Network Architecture (SONA) as architectural frameworks for converged networks. You will apply the concepts and implementation methods for quality of service (QoS). Further, you will outline the elements of Cisco Wireless LAN (WLAN) network and examine the Cisco Integrated Services Routers (ISRs). |
